Garda accused of raping woman in garda station

A jury has been sworn in at the Central Criminal Court for the trial of a garda sergeant charged with raping a woman in a Donegal garda station.

The 55-year-old accused is pleading not guilty to raping and sexually assaulting the woman on June 21, 2000.
