Clarification: Chief Supt Denis Fitzpatrick

In an article carried on October 20 under the headline "Murder Probe Gardaí told colleagues to lie", reference was incorrectly made in the second paragraph to Chief Superintendent Denis Fitzpatrick.

This was in error. The reference should correctly have been to Sergeant John White.
