Pedestrian killed on Dublin motorway

A pedestrian has been killed after he was struck by a lorry on the M1 in Dublin.

The accident happened near the Port Tunnel works at 1.30pm.

The victim was taken to Beaumont Hospital, where he died from his injuries.
