The Northern Secretary Paul Murphy has indicated that a breakthrough in the stalled peace process will happen within the next few weeks.

He was speaking at the British Irish inter-parliamentary body meeting in Wales, where he has said there is seriousness among all the parties in the North to ensure the institutions are restored.
