FG: Banking profit revelations not a surprise

Fine Gael's finance spokesperson Richard Bruton has said he is not surprised at the revelations that the major Irish banks' profits per customer are three times the European average.

The report, by JP Morgan, shows that Bank of Ireland and Allied Irish Bank are the top earners among European banks.
