Stagg: Keep nuclear ships out of Irish waters

The Labour Party is calling on the Government to intervene in the case of two ships carrying nuclear material, which are within 150 miles of the Irish coast.

The ships are carrying plutonium from disarmed weapons, from America to Cherbourg in France, for reprocessing.
