Aer Lingus has reportedly decided to axe its Irish reservations centre as part of the restructuring of the airline ahead of its possible sale to the private sector.

Aer Lingus has reportedly decided to axe its Irish reservations centre as part of the restructuring of the airline ahead of its possible sale to the private sector.

Reports this morning said the Irish call centre would be closed down in the next 14 days, with a London company contracted to take over reservations.
