The Minister for Transport Seamus Brennan has officially opened the Ballincollig by-pass in Cork.

The Minister for Transport Seamus Brennan has officially opened the Ballincollig by-pass in Cork.

The €170m by-pass will reduce journey times by up to 30 minutes at peak times between Cork and Killarney.
