Galway teacher draws up new literacy programme

A Galway teacher has compiled a new literacy programme to help improve reading, writing and spelling standards in Irish schools.

The Newell Literacy Programme is designed specifically to meet the needs of the Irish educational curriculum. It consists of seven books containing learning activities suitable for students of all ages.
