Orde to reveal decision on future of PSNI reserve

PSNI chief constable Hugh Orde is expected to tell his officers today whether he has decided to disband the full-time police reserve.

The contentious move was recommended in the Patten Report on policing reform in the North, but has yet to be implemented.
