Fee-paying students ‘do not achieve higher results’

A survey by the Dublin Institute of Technology has reportedly found that students from fee-paying schools do not achieve better Leaving Cert results than students from ordinary schools.

Reports this morning said the survey contradicted the widely held view that students from fee-paying schools achieved higher CAO points.
