A young woman, believed to be in her late teens, died when the car in which she was a passenger hit a tree in Killarney, Co Kerry.

A young woman, believed to be in her late teens, died when the car in which she was a passenger hit a tree in Killarney, Co Kerry.

The accident happened at about 4am today on the Ross Road in the town.
