The North Western Health Board has reportedly asked the Irish Medical Council to investigate the practice of a consultant obstetrician/gynaecologist based at Sligo General Hospital.

The North Western Health Board has reportedly asked the Irish Medical Council to investigate the practice of a consultant obstetrician/gynaecologist based at Sligo General Hospital.

Reports this morning said the investigation was requested following a review of Dr Victor Moore’s cases by a former professor of obstetrics at Trinity College, Dublin.
