Couple miraculously escapes Belfast house fire

A Belfast couple has miraculously escaped from a fire after a friend spotted the blaze in their 12th-floor flat from half a mile away.

The woman was going to bed last night when she looked out her window and saw flames in the window of her friend’s flat.
