SIPTU makes last minute appeal to Brinks

SIPTU is making a last minute appeal to Brinks Allied to accept the terms of the Labour Court recommendations ahead of tomorrow's planned strike action.

Brinks security staff voted to accept the proposals at a meeting on Friday but the company has rejected the terms of the deal.

SIPTU's Padraig Yeates says pickets will be placed at Brinks headquarters in the morning, unless there is a positive response from the company.
