Business chiefs' warning on Leaving Cert failures

Poor Leaving Cert results could damage Ireland’s reputation as a cutting-edge economy, it was claimed today.

The consistently high failure rate in Maths and Science subjects is “just not good enough” and should act as a warning to the Government, said business chiefs.
