Brinks strike may be avoided

Strike action planned for tomorrow at Brinks Allied may yet be postponed. The final decision hinges on the recommendations from the Labour Court that are due to be released sometime today.

However, SIPTU says more time would have been preferable to allow for a ballot on whether to accept or reject the recommendations of the Labour Court.
