Unions at Aer Lingus are reportedly planning to seek a pay rise of between 10% and 15% for workers who remain at the airline following the implementation of more than 1,300 job cuts.

Reports this morning said the unions told the company yesterday that they would be seeking a substantial pay increase in the near future.
