Labour blames Tánaiste for inflation rise

The Labour Party has blamed a lack of intervention from the Tánaiste for the latest rise in Ireland’s inflation rate.

CSO figures released today showed that the inflation rate had risen to 2.7% in July. This is more than double the rate of 1.3% recorded in March.
