SIPTU outlines Aer Lingus redundancy terms

SIPTU has confirmed it will be seeking nine weeks pay for every year of service for any workers made redundant under the latest Aer Lingus restructuring plan.

The airline is seeking to lay off 1,325 staff members in an effort to reduce its costs and compete further with Ryanair.
