The Debt and Development Coalition of Ireland is calling on whoever is appointed as the new Minister for Finance to raise the issue of debt cancellation with the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.

It is launching a post card campaign asking both organisations to cancel the debts owed to them by the world's poorest countries.
