Bank of Ireland has said 85% of its ATM network is still fully operational, despite the on-going dispute at Brinks Allied.

The row has left more than 160 non-branch ATMs empty in the eastern part of the country. It is feared that if there is no resolution up to 80 machines at various bank branches may be forced to close before the weekend.
