Ireland’s greenhouse gas emissions fell by 3.3% last year, according to provisional figures released today by the Environmental Protection Agency.

The EPA said carbon dioxide emissions fell from 68.88 million tonnes in 2002 to 66.6 million tonnes in 2003.
