Four men arrested in connection with Arklow bank raid

Gardaí in Drogheda have arrested four men in connection with an armed raid at a bank in Arklow, Co Wicklow, yesterday morning.

Gardaí in Drogheda have arrested four men in connection with an armed raid at a bank in Arklow, Co Wicklow, yesterday morning.

The four, who are aged from their mid-20s to late 30s, were arrested in Arklow yesterday evening.

One of them is from the town, while the other three are from Dublin. An undisclosed sum of money was stolen during yesterday’s raid on the Bank of Ireland branch in Arklow.
