Kerry vows to support Irish peace process if elected

US presidential hopeful John Kerry will fully support the Irish peace process if elected in November, according to the Democratic Party.

The party said today that its candidate for the election would support efforts to restore devolution in the North and implement the Good Friday Agreement.
