Ryanair pilot resigns after flying over-crowded plane

A senior Ryanair pilot has resigned after flying an over-crowded plane from Spain in breach of aviation regulations.

The pilot allowed two off-duty cabin crew staff to sit in the toilets during the flight from Girona to Dublin last Sunday because all the seats were taken.
