Former government minister Padraig Flynn has told the Mahon Tribunal that he initially refused to accept a £50,000 cheque from property developer Tom Gilmartin.

Mr Flynn also said today that he told Mr Gilmartin that he couldn’t do anything for him and that the property developer said he understood.
