The Revenue Commissioners is reportedly considering seeking a change in the law to allow it to pursue banks and financial advisers who aided and abetted tax evaders.

Reports this morning said Revenue chairman Frank Daly told the Dáil’s Public Accounts Committee yesterday that he “would love” to see charges and convictions for facilitating tax evasion.
