'Govt to blame for ESB price rises': Ryan

The Green Party has accused the Government of being to blame for the proposed ESB price increases.

Party spokesperson, Eamon Ryan, has claimed that the increase is a direct result of what he called the absence of any national energy policy from the Government over the past five years.
