Chinese cultural festival launched in Dublin

A programme of Chinese Arts and Culture in Ireland has been launched at the Irish Film Institute in Dublin today.

Chinese ambassador Sha Hailin and the secretary general of the Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism Phillip Furlong performed the launch this evening.

The Chinese Festival opens this evening at the Galway Arts Festival with a concert of traditional music from the China Conservatory of Music.
