Probe into Curtin affair to continue

A Oireachtas committee can now continue its investigation into the conduct of an embattled judge, after his lawyers agreed to amend a High Court motion today.

Judge Brian Curtin, acquitted of possessing child pornography, had been seeking an injunction to prevent the committee from accessing material seized during a raid on his Co Kerry home.
