Govt urged to seek legal advice on Aer Rianta break-up

The Labour Party has urged the Government to seek legal advice before going any further with legislation to break up Aer Rianta.

The calls follows reports that Aer Rianta could be left insolvent if the break-up went ahead because international banks could demand immediate payment of outstanding debts.
