Police officers injured after attack in Derry

Three police officers were injured during an attack at Waterloo Place in Derry last night.

One officer received serious facial injuries, and a number of arrests were made.

Meanwhile, police in Randlestown, Co Antrim, arrested three men following a disturbance at a bonfire at Neillsbrook Park, shortly after 1am this morning.

Around 150 hurled bottles and stones at police, but there were no reports of any injuries.
