Labour: Govt must seek sanctions against Israel

The Labour Party has called on the Government to seek sanctions against the Israeli authorities for failing to comply with an international court ruling to tear down the West Bank barrier.

The court yesterday rejected the country's arguments that it needed the barrier for self-defence, but Israel has since said that it will not accept the decision.
