PSNI scale down Drumcree security

The PSNI says the decrease in anti-riot measures follows intensive engagement with local groups, as part of an ongoing scale down of security over the past three years.
Orangemen have again been refused permission to walk down the nationalist Garvaghy Road in Portadown.
