Lawlor criticised over 'disgraceful' Gilmartin comments

The chairman of the Planning Tribunal has criticised former Fianna Fáil TD Liam Lawlor for making “disgraceful” comments about property developer Tom Gilmartin.

It emerged yesterday that the tribunal’s hearings relating to Mr Gilmartin are due to continue until the autumn because the developer is sick.
