Ahern and Blair to meet in London

The Taoiseach and British Prime Minister are due to meet the Northern parties in London today as part of ongoing efforts to break the impasse in the peace process.

The talks, which had been billed as an attempt to kick-start fresh negotiations between the parties, have since been downgraded to a stock-taking exercise.
