Education Minister apologises in the Dáil

Education Minister Noel Dempsey has apologised in the Dáil for abusing the Standards in Public Office regulations.

Prior to the Local and European elections Minister Dempsey landed himself in hot water when he issued Fianna Fail pre election material in government folders.
