First Irish UFO Conference in Galway

Ireland's first ever UFO conference has begun in Galway.

A team of speakers from all over the world have gathered to speak at the event, including nuclear physicists and a doctor who claims to have carried out surgical work to remove alien implants from abductees.

The UFO Society of Ireland is hosting the event, which will run until Monday at the NUI in Galway.

Society president Betty Meyler has said that she is only one of many people who have witnessed UFOs.

"I've seen quite a few over the last couple of years, and most of them have been from my patio," she said.
