Bus and rail services may be disrupted within the next two weeks, as workers decide whether to take industrial action over plans to break up CIÉ, as well as the issuing of private bus licences.

Bus and rail services may be disrupted within the next two weeks, as workers decide whether to take industrial action over plans to break up CIÉ, as well as the issuing of private bus licences.

After pulling out of talks with the Department of Transport earlier this week, the executive of the National Bus and Railworkers Union (NBRU) has met today to discuss the proposed strike, and to decide what form it would take.
