ERHA warns of measles outbreak

The Eastern Regional Health Authority (ERHA) has issued a warning about a measles outbreak in the east of the country.

The Eastern Regional Health Authority (ERHA) has issued a warning about a measles outbreak in the east of the country.

The authority said it had received reports of 16 measles cases this week, with at least six of those affected admitted to hospital.

It said it would normally receive reports of around four cases every week and was worried by the surge in cases this week.
