Decentralisation 'to cost Dublin economy €1.5bn'

The Dublin Chamber of Commerce has written to the Taoiseach demanding action to replace the 10,000 jobs that will be lost to the capital through decentralisation.

The chamber claimed today that the Government’s plan to move the civil and public servants to more than 50 locations throughout the country would cost the Dublin economy €1.5bn.
