Curtin could take legal action against impeachment

The Government and the Oireachtas face into an anxious 48 hours amidst speculation that Judge Brian Curtin will take legal action against his impending impeachment.

Yesterday, the Government received a letter from Justice Curtin's legal team, which implied that court action would be taken to challenge the legality of the proposed investigation.
