Govt to proceed with plans to impeach Curtin

The Taoiseach has announced that the Government is to proceed with plans to impeach Justice Brian Curtin.

Bertie Ahern is still insisting compensation for the judge is not an option, a sentiment which was echoed by the Tánaiste earlier today.
