Govt to delay Judge Curtin motion

The Government motion to investigate Judge Brian Curtin will not be heard this week, despite commitments given by the Taoiseach.

Last week Bertie Ahern told the Dáil that a motion to investigate Judge Curtin would be put before the Dáil tomorrow.
