Threshold slams lack of regulation in private rental sector

The Threshold housing organisation has claimed that basic rights and standards of housing are being ignored in the private rental accommodation sector in Ireland.

The organisation said the main factor behind the poor quality of rental accommodation was a lack of regulation in the marketplace.
