Litter up sharply since introduction of smoking ban

The Irish Business Against Litter (IBAL) organisation has reported a sharp increase in litter levels since the introduction of the workplace smoking ban.

The latest IBAL litter league highlights a 50% increase in the number of towns deemed to be litter black-spots.
