High Court to hear legal challenge against Cork incinerator

A legal challenge to the construction of a hazardous waste incinerator in Cork Harbour is due to be heard at the High Court in Dublin later today.

Eleven residents of the Ringaskiddy area are seeking leave to appeal An Bórd Pleanála’s decision to approve the project against the advice of a senior planning inspector.
