New Barron report to be published in June

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has told the Dáil that the next report from Justice Henry Barron into loyalist atrocities in the Republic in the early 1970s will be published in June.

Justice Barron has already published a report into the Dublin and Monaghan bombings of 1974.

Bertie Ahern told the Dáil that Justice Barron is concluding his work on four other bombing incidents that took place before 1974, as well as the murder of Brid Carr in 1971 and the murders of Alice Bryce and Brid Porter.
