A 21-year-old man is recovering in hospital this morning after being injured in a drive-by shooting in Limerick city.

A 21-year-old man is recovering in hospital this morning after being injured in a drive-by shooting in Limerick city.

The man was hit in the foot when a number of shots were fired at him from a passing vehicle in the Roxboro area of the city at around 5.30am.
